Internship Detail

Description: ? Handle daily administrative responsibilities;
? Handle phone inquiries from authors;
? Responsible for keeping track of each title from editorial to its release date, and making sure that deadlines are met;
? Manage and update authors' email list;
? Update Green & Company's catalog's content along with all other related promotional material;
? Handle mass mailings of catalog and other promotional materials to current mailing list;
? Walk authors through the stages of submission to bound book and be their liaison until project is complete;
? Follow up with clients after project has been completed;
? Typing required.

Length of Internship: Flexible
Requirements: BA in English; seeking editorial position in publishing; detail oriented; self starter; can work independently
Location: E. Orange, NJ

Payment: We would like applicants who can work from 25-30 hours a week. These are unpaid internships. But if you are eligible to receive credit from your college or university, that can be arranged.
