Company Name: INKLUDED INC.
Description: Inkluded Academy is a tuition-free publishing course taught by industry professionals that aims to educate BIPoC publishing aspirants in agenting, editorial, managing editorial, publicity, marketing, sales, scouting, production, and subsidiary rights. Each participant will receive career counseling, one-on-one sessions, and guidance from a mentor. Inkluded Academy aims to be a much-needed pipeline between the book business and aspiring professionals from underrepresented backgrounds.
Length of Internship: 8-weeks
Requirements: 1. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.

2. You must identify as a part of an underrepresented group, especially the BIPOC.

3. You must permanently reside in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) and be able commute into New York City.

4. You must be interested in pursuing publishing as a full-time career.
Location: Inkluded Academy is a hybrid program. Most sessions will be conducted via Zoom. However, in-person attendance is required for our orientation and capstone events, and they will take place in NYC.
