Description:	Chicago Review Press, a division of IPG, is seeking a full-time, dedicated intern to join a successful publicity department representing a variety of publishers.
Length of Internship:	6 months, with 3 month extension possibility.
Requirements:	Responsibilities and Duties • Draft press materials for a wide variety of publishers and genres • Familiarize oneself with media list building and campaign monitoring software • Assist in the successful execution of book publicity campaigns • Manage administrative tasks and publicity monitoring archive Qualifications • Exceptional written communication skills • Working knowledge of national and regional media • Ability to multi-task efficiently • Previous PR or publishing experience is not required. • Experience in the book industry and a degree in a related field is a plus. • Energetic attitude and a desire to learn about all aspects of the publishing world specifically its marketing aspects.
Location:	River North, Chicago, IL

Payment:	$12.50/hour
