Description: Ayesha Pande Literary is a boutique literary agency in New York. We are seeking remote interns for our Winter/Spring session. For more info about us, please visit
Length of Internship: Approximately 3-4 months; starting in late December /early January; start and end dates flexible
Requirements: Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day needs of an APL agent (to be previously assigned) and general agency tasks as they arise. Duties will include:

-reading submissions*
- providing reader reports, as well as rejection letters
-learning about contracts and helping to keep them organized
-creating social media content

We are looking for a candidate who would be able to commit at least 8 hours weekly. We hope to be able to train and grow with our interns!

*Along with other genres APL specializes in, we are also specifically looking for an intern who is interested in reading commercial fiction; mind, body spirit, health/wellness nonfiction; and practical/prescriptive nonficition.
Location: Remote

Payment: Unpaid, but can provide school credit if necessary
