Description: Anthem Press, a London-headquartered thriving and fast-growing independent international academic, professional and trade publisher, is seeking, on a rolling basis, motivated, Editorial Assistant Interns to help us develop our list and conduct market research.

This flexible remote internship is a 3-6+ months, part-time (20+ hour/week) position. At the end of the internship, should there be a vacancy, a permanent position may be offered.

The Intern shall assist our global business development and acquisitions team. This position may require the ability to correspond with potential authors and professionals, maintain databases, organize processes and perform market research.
Length of Internship: 3-6+ months
Requirements: Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks

Resourceful, proactive approach to problems and queries

Demonstrate good publishing business awareness and the ability to learn quickly

Work independently, as well as part of a global team

Computer literacy, attention to detail

Responsiveness to requests

Assume responsibility for completing projects in a timely fashion

Ability to conduct effective market research and present information clearly
Location: London, UK
