We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience Team. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING… - Integral part of our Customer Experience Team responding to support inquires ranging from pricing, availability, promotions, and materials to name a few -In speaking with our business-to-business customers, you will be the “voice of Sourcebooks”, so a positive and energetic attitude is imperative! -Partner with our Sales and Marketing teams to provide informed support to our customers about promotions, inventory, and anything related to the order process -Entering orders, sending invoices, tracking packages, and issuing credit memos are all part of a typical day -Whether by phone, email, or chat, you are skilled in all forms of communication and do not shy away from troubleshooting anything that comes your way! -Working independently and as part of a team, accomplish daily goals that meet or beat customer expectations |
