| Title: | Marketing Coordinator |
| Description: | Galison + Mudpuppy are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing Director and Manager with digital marketing for Mudpuppy and Galison brands, including social media, eCommerce, and digital advertising. The Marketing Coordinator will also be engaging in public relations support and creating marketing materials for Sales in addition to assisting with the maintenance of company eCommerce sites. This is a position for someone with a genuine interest in art and design for all ages.
The creation and scheduling of social media content, taking product photos, developing unique product copy, driving follower acquisition strategy, and reporting on key performance indicators are essential to this position. The Marketing Coordinator will also oversee influencer outreach, and they will partner with influencers for social media giveaways. They will support the Marketing Manager in email marketing and digital advertising, they will assist with content planning, and they will create and schedule email and Facebook advertising campaigns. Copywriting, mailings, coordination of product videos, and supporting public relations will also be part of this position. |
| Requirements: | Candidates will need familiarity with marketing and social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator), effective communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Candidates should also have digital marketing experience, detailed content/product description writing skills, and strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with the Shopify eCommerce platform is a plus, as is experience with email marketing. |
