Primary Responsibilities: Along with supporting the Academic Marketing Team with various administrative marketing tasks, the Academic Marketing Assistant will: • Manage our global awards management process and calendar. • Approve review copy requests and ensure reviewers receive either electronic or print copies. • Input completed reviews and prepare them for our title management systems and web. • Support our Conferences & Events Manager in preparing for both virtual and in-person conferences. • Help create and prepare marketing emails, under the guidance of senior marketers. • Create flyers and order forms for authors and events. |
Requirements: | Qualifications/Skills Required:
• 0-1 years of related experience. • MS Office skills, Excel in particular. • Exceptionally organized and able to multi-task. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Adaptability. |

Location: | Please note that, due to COVID-19, this position will be working from home until further notice. Candidates must reside in NY, NJ, CT , or PA and be able to commute to Bloomsbury USA’s New York City office full-time when the office re-opens. Flex time available. |
