Title: Sales Coordinator
Description: New York based independent publisher is currently seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to provide assistance in fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm. Individual must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel.
Requirements: Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Day-to-day support of sales department, as well as distributing publisher Penguin Random House (as needed)
* Prepare and distribute weekly sales reporting, as well as Bestseller information
* Coordinate weekly rep mailings; Monthly kit & sales material mailings
* Build & distribute monthly call report templates, which includes inclusion of title budget information
* Build monthly co-op marketing/promotional templates
* Create and assist with account presentations, trade show participation and/or sales meeting preparation
* Create Edelweiss collections, both trade and special markets
* Additional administrative duties, as assigned
* Minimum 2 years publishing experience preferred
