| Description: | Looking for students interested in working in an editorial capacity in publishing to read and evaluate romance and mystery submissions. |
| Length of Internship: | 7 months (one traditional semester plus summer wrapup to try new skills) |
| Requirements: | A keen sense of either the romance or mystery genres (bonus if both), with an understanding of what appeals to readers. Must show some editing capabilities: an eye for pacing, conflict, characterization, plus the elements of writing (POV< show, don't tell). |
