Title:	Diversion Books Marketing & Publicity Internship
Description:	Diversion Books, a leading independent book publisher of nonfiction and fiction based in New York City, seeks Marketing & Publicity Intern (1-2 days per week). This role will allow a motivated candidate the opportunity to gain first-hand experience and learn about all the aspects of a publishing company specifically in marketing and publicity. Some of the intern’s responsibilities will include: - Organized mailing of both physical and digital review copies - Help track reviews - Marketing/publicity research and planning - Updating social media The intern will have the opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:	Looking for a creative thinker who: - Is highly organized - Has strong written and verbal skills - Knowledge and experience in the book publishing industry is a plus.
