Description:	The Production Department at W. W. Norton & Company is seeking an intern for Spring 2014 (April start). The production intern will gain exposure to all facets of book production for both trade and college textbooks, including manufacturing, composition, art and design, paper selection, and budget estimating. In addition, all interns participate in a brown bag lunch program with department heads throughout the company.
Length of Internship:	3 months
Requirements:	Qualified candidates will be self-motivated with strong communication skills, the ability to manage several projects at the same time, and, most importantly, a demonstrated interest in publishing.
Location:	New York, NY
Application Due Date:	Will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Payment:	$8/hour, for up to 20 hours per week.
