Description: Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, technical minded, versatile, intelligent, creative and eager to solve any problems that might arise.

Assist in upgrading accounting system for company
Assit in upgrading inventory system for company
Ensures accurate accounting for receipts and disbursements, payroll and receivables and payables within the Company.
Prepare and distribute bi-monthly invoicing to clients.
Code and enter invoices into general ledger accounts.
Monitors cash flow reports and checks to ensure that all discounts are taken and that accurate and timely payments are made.
Prepare and enter journal entries as needed.
Process all accounts payable and receivables.
Prepares financial reporting for the Company on a daily and monthly basis.

Length of Internship: Flexible
Requirements: Qualifications: A positive and eager attitude.
Must be fluent with Quickbooks.
Must have excellent phone manner.
Possess the ability to multi-task

Location: E. Orange, NJ

Payment: We would like applicants who can work from 25-30 hours a week. These are unpaid internships. But if you are eligible to receive credit from your college or university, we can work that out.
