Company Name: AYESHA PANDE LITERARY
Description: As a social media intern, you would help maintain and build APL's presence across all digital platforms, specifically Twitter and Instagram. The digital marketing intern plays a huge role in developing and coordinating social media campaigns; therefore, it is essential that they are a self-starter who can take creative initiative and communicate well with others. Our social media intern is also welcome to participate in all agency meetings, editor meetings, and intern academy sessions.

This intern will:
-- Organize social media promotional campaigns and book giveaways
--Brainstorm and execute social outreach campaigns to engage our audience (Ex. Twitter AMA)
--Create original graphics and photos that align with APL’s brand and values
--Conceptualize new initiatives to promote forthcoming titles
--Interact and share posts from the book community, our authors, and their publishers
--Correspond directly with APL agents to help promote their clients' books and accomplishments
--Use algorithmic data to analyze and evaluate audience engagement with your posts
--Ensure that the agency maintains a consistent and active presence across Twitter and Instagram
Length of Internship: Starting immediately until April, with the potential to stay on for the summer cycle
Requirements: --Strong persuasive writing skills
--Extensive familiarity with Twitter and Instagram and their features
--An ability to handle multiple projects at once
--Motivation to take initiative
--Extreme attention to detail
--A desire to learn and creatively conceptualize new ideas
--Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and Hootsuite is great (but not required)
Location: Remote
