Description: W.W. Norton’s Subsidiary Rights department is seeking an intern for fall 2019. An internship with the Subsidiary Rights department offers exposure to the full range of rights markets, both domestic and foreign, with particular emphasis on license renewal and research. The intern will undertake independent projects, gain valuable fluency in deal terms and contract language, assist in preparations for book fairs, and interact with licensees. The Rights department works with books across all Norton’s diverse trade imprints and College divisions.

Our interns are paid $15 an hour and may work a maximum of 20 hours per week. The duration of the internship is three months.
