Internship Detail

[Back to Internships]

Founded by former CEO of Harper Collins Jane Friedman and Producer Jeff Sharp, Open Road Media is always on the look out for strong minded, focused interns who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Our internships offer a breadth of work experience to current students who are able to receive college credit for their work. The program offers excellent exposure to the publishing world, ebook production, and marketing.

Internships are available in each of our departments: Digital Marketing, Editorial Acquisitions, Managing Editorial (eBook conversion and production), Art & Design, and Video Production. Interns will be paired with one department, and be exposed thoroughly to how it functions. In addition, "lunch and learns" with the company's executives will be scheduled to expose interns to other areas of the company's operations.

The interested candidate should submit a resume and brief statement of interest, and indicate which department is most appealing or relevant to his/her existing skillset.
Requirements: Internships last on average, 12–15 weeks. The office is located in SoHo. Scheduling is flexible. Ideal applicants are able to receive course credit.
Location: New York, NY
