Company Name: W. W. NORTON & COMPANY
Description: The Contracts and Copyright department at W.W. Norton & Company, Inc. seeks an intern for end of May through mid-August 2016 to help with researching rights queries, drafting amendment letters, compiling rights and copyrights information for titles both old and new, managing various organizational projects, and handling filing and other administrative tasks.
Length of Internship: 3 months, 20 hours per week
Requirements: Qualified candidates are students interested in the business side of publishing who are very organized and detail-oriented. The ability to multitask and prioritize projects is crucial, and candidates should also be comfortable with interacting with various departments to gather information as necessary. A passion for books is a must!

Schedule is flexible, but a commitment of two days a week for a three-month period is necessary.
