Description: International literary scouting agency seeks a part-time intern for help with data entry, manuscript reading, and all-around publishing industry espionage. Interns will help keep our database of editors, agents, and manuscripts on submission up to date and will read and report on manuscripts and proposals for our clients, who are seven foreign publishers in six countries.
Requirements: Interest in contemporary fiction and non-fiction a prerequisite; interest in the New York and international publishing scenes a plus; excellent writing skills a must. Hours per week are flexible, though we'd want at least sixteen hours.
Location: NYC (Downtown)

Payment: Can arrange for course credit. Will offer a monthly unlimited Metrocard.
