The foregoing terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any legal action related to this site or its usage may be brought only in New York Supreme Court in Kings County and federal district court in the Southern District of New York.

This policy describes our information collection, usage, and disclosure practices with regard to the BookJobs.com web site.
